Privacy policy

The short version

There are no accounts, newsletters or sign-up forms here, and we don't sell information about you. The only personal details we hold are the ones you choose to email us.

What we collect

• Email messages. If you write to us, we keep your address and message so we can reply. We delete them within 12 months unless the conversation is still going.
• Basic server data. Our hosting provider records standard request data like IP address, browser type and the page you asked for. It's there for security and to keep the site running, not to identify you.

Cookies

We don't set advertising or tracking cookies of our own. Our hosting and security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse.

Links to casinos

Clicking through to a casino takes you off our site. Some of those links go through a tracking service so the casino knows you came from us. From there, the casino's own privacy policy applies, including anything it asks for when you register or deposit.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you can ask to see or correct any personal information we hold about you. Email [email protected]. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Age

This site is for adults. Online casino gambling in New Zealand is for people aged 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger.

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
